Refund Policy

• Free: 2 routes per month (1 unique city tour). No cost.
• Premium: 49 SEK / month, full access, up to 90+ routes per month.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. VAT and applicable sales tax are added based on your country. For full purchase terms, see Paddle's checkout buyer terms.

• The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time inside the app — access remains until the end of the paid period.
• We do not pro-rate partial months on cancellation.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days from the order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

• Email us at manassamauler@gmail.com with your order details.

Refunds are also handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer law, which always apply in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
