By creating an account or using Street Runner (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by Breadwinner ("we", "us") on an "as is" basis without warranties.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

• Do not use the Service for any illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to circumvent limits, reverse engineer, or overload our systems.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

Please read carefully — this matters for your safety.

• Street Runner is a digital tool for planning and exploring runs. Running involves physical exertion and risk of injury. You participate entirely at your own risk.
• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have health concerns.
• Routes are generated automatically from third-party map data (including Google Maps) and may be inaccurate, unavailable, unsafe, or pass through traffic, construction, private property, or unsafe areas. You must evaluate the route yourself before and during a run.
• We accept no liability for personal injury, death, property damage, theft, or other incidents related to your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it within the Service for the purpose of operating it for you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries about purchases and returns. See our Refund Policy for details on subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or data loss.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law states otherwise.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you via email or in the app.
